Cultural Palace Overview
The Cultural Palace was originally established on August 16, 1977, under the Ulaanbaatar Partisan State Farm, following Order No. 100 issued by the Mongolian Minister of Enlightenment. Initially, it was named “Workers’ Club” and functioned as a community cultural space. In 1987, the center expanded with the construction of a new Cultural Center building.
