The Cultural Palace is equipped with a 500-seat performance hall, a library, and modern technical equipment, including music instruments, a cinema projector, and a full set of traditional musical instruments. The Cultural Palace also operates with the aim of discovering and developing the talents of children and youth.
To this end, it runs the “Ikh Mongol” song and dance ensemble, which has been offering lessons in song, dance, and music for 15 years.
Additionally, the Cultural Palace organizes various artistic events, such as an art festival for the district’s community members, a folk song competition, the “Sunny Smile” pop song contest for schoolchildren, a folk dance competition, a “Nature Eco Culture” competition among universities, and a series of educational sessions on the theme “Together for a Non-Alcoholic, Non-Smoking Mongolia,” as well as various other competitions and events.
